I’ve used InMotion for hosting of my three web sites for the past three years. Their simply the best, hands down. In three years, I’ve NEVER once experienced downtime. Super fast servers, cPanel Pro, Fantastico, SQL, php, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage. Customer and tech support is first class. Adding a new domain is a piece of cake. Wow, I just cant say enough good things. I’ll NEVER, EVER switch to another host. I used HostGator once, and they were great. BUT… I did have some downtime and their support is nowhere as good as InMotion. InMotion is awesome in every single aspect. Maybe a little more expensive than others, but I don’t mind paying a few bucks more for this kind of service. Number one in my book!
I am coming up for my 2nd year renewal with InMotion. They will have my business again this year. They have been very solid. Tech support is available almost instantly on the phone. Some of the documentation looks a little dated, but a call into support to verify what I believe was the solution makes it better. They do need to update a few things in their control panel which I hope that they do before my 3rd year renewal. Keep up the good work!
Being from Germany support at off hours was a concern. Ive been surprised at the quality and timeliness of the email support. Most of questions are answered within 30 - 50 minutes! Good Work!
After looking at this website, I was initially inclined to go with a cheaper and higher rated site, but some of the reviews looked almost “too good to be true” Then I came across INMOTION. I called them, and spoke with Jeremiah. He was helpful and answered my questions. I use my site primarily it for email and it runs excellent. I’m able to check email on my cell phone and on my outlook. I dont really have a website right now, just a coming soon page. The tech support is AWESOME. Thanks to Brad, Brandon, Chuck and the others for being so nice and helpful when I call in. I can highly recommend INMOTION. If you’re a business like me, trust me, you’ll be impressed.
InMotion has been our webhost for several years now and they have been excellent. We’ve had no problems and the reliability is simply the best out there.
