I’ve used lunarpages since I started my first site. Support is always there for me. One time i used email support expecting it to be crap - but they were FAST and helpful. Questions answered.
The only downtime I’ve ever had with Lunarpages was during server upgrades late at night. I’ll keep using them for a long time as there are too many fly-by-night hosts that costs a dollar less but have terrible support and hardware.
I’ve grown to service more and more clients, needing to offer and/or suggest hosting/domain solutions.
Hands down, Lunarpages wins with customer service, user interface, and affiliates program. The price is right as well, especially with everything you receive with an account. Typically a hosting service will compromise one of these things for another, but that’s not the case here.
Unless something drastic changes, I’ll continue to use - and guide my colleagues and clients to - Lunarpages
10/10 - What amazing service - ok I sent them a host of banal e-mails asking this and that about little annoying questions i had - I had responses within an hour or two, telephone numbers to call if needed, friendly e-mails, you can rate the response they give you these guys are great and they are not expensive - dont look any further - if they come cheaper you will never get this level of support. It’s about time a company started to take the industry seriously and treat people as people and not e-mail addresses - CONGRATULATIONS all round
I found Lunar Pages while researching web hosting companies for a client. The reviews were so impressive and my client so happy, that I finally moved my website there too (and refer clients to them all the time). They always answer their emails the same day and the phone support is top-notch too
My previous provider (E$#@!@#nk) completely ignores emails and gives unrelated answers to serious questions. Loyalty had become stupidity as far as they were concerned. Oh well, and life goes on 
I’ve only recently moved my website to Lunar Pages, but I’ve been dealing with them for more than 6 months in regards to clients, etc. 
In my opinion: They ROCK!
